Hello, Brew News fans! We have some thrilling updates for you at the Outer Banks Brewing Station. With the summer season in full swing, we’re rolling out a new menu and fantastic merchandise. Let’s dive into what’s new and why you won’t want to miss out!
Chef Tony has been working hard in the kitchen, crafting dishes perfect for the season. Here are some of the highlights:
- Chorizo Risotto with Seared Scallops: This new addition has been flying off the menu. It’s a delicious risotto topped with seared scallops, corn, and black bean salsa.
- Jalapeno Caps and Curds Basket: We’ve combined a past favorite, jalapeno caps, with our new favorite, curds, to create a mouth-watering basket that’s sure to please your taste buds.
- Tuna Entrée: This light summer dish features cold Mediterranean pasta salad, roasted garlic hummus, asparagus, and a garlic pepper-seared tuna steak. It’s the perfect refreshing meal for a hot day.
- Housemade Tofurizo Tostada: This dish is a must-try for our vegan and vegetarian friends. It’s a tasty tostada layered with black bean puree, quezo fresco and our signature housemade tofurizo. This dish is so popular during our Tapas Nights that we decided to add it to the menu!
